Cleaning up Kensington

In November 2013 an ivy green screen was installed at St Cuthbert with St Matthias CE Primary School along a wall directly adjacent to the Warwick Road (A3220), Earls Court. Kings College London Environmental Research Group monitored the project on behalf of the Royal Borough.

Air Pollution

The air that we breathe affects us all, this is the one topic that unites us all across the political divides – we all breathe the same air. Air pollution is a very important issue in London.

It has been said that RBKC has the most polluted air in the United Kingdom, with more than one in 12 of all deaths in the London borough attributable to tiny particles of soot largely emitted by diesel engines.

Grenfell Tower

I am absolutely devastated by this dreadful fire, as we all are. I have visited the local voluntary centres on a number of occasions in order to help as I know have many of you. The community’s response has been amazing.
